Everyone here at Clearview Garden Shop is overwhelmed by your support and patronage during these difficult times. People have spent more time at home recently than they ever have before. And as a result, many have turned to gardening. Whether it’s to pass the time, pursue a lifelong interest, grow healthy, safe food for their family, or just serve as a sort of therapy, millions have discovered their green thumbs during the pandemic.

And Clearview Garden Shop is dedicated to supporting these pursuits safely.

We are of course following all COVID-19 avoidance criteria that has been outlined by our provincial and federal governments. Our large retail space and wide walkways already make social distancing a breeze. In addition, we are disinfecting cart handles, bathroom taps, till areas, door handles, and all other areas where frequent touch is the norm. And even though it’s rare to have line ups at our tills, we have widened our cue area so everyone can wait safely.

In short, we are doing everything in our power to keep our customers safe.

A high degree of sanitation is nothing new at Clearview Garden Shop. In the past, our focus has been on keeping our plants clean. We have actually been using hospital grade disinfectant to keep viruses and bacteria out of our growing areas for the past 20 years. And this same level of care for our plants is extended towards our staff and customers in the Garden Shop as well, where our philosophy has always been clean floors, clean benches, and clean plants bring top quality.

There are many perspectives and unknowns associated with COVID-19, and we will work to meet the needs of any and all of our customers.
