We need a mature, organized individual with excellent customer service and communications skills. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and know how to assist multiple customers with a variety of requests. We have exceptional quality plants and look for exception staff. Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
